9-12 Lower Body Circuit

This is a quick circuit focused on lower body, abs, and cardio. There is no equipment needed. Have fun and get your body moving!


Cardio: each exercise is 60 seconds- repeat circuit 2x!

  1. High Knees

  2. Burpees

  3. Mountain Climbers

  4. Jumping Jacks


Lower Body: Repeat circuit 2x!

  1. 20 Jump Squats

  2. 60 second Lunge Walk

  3. 30 Air Squats

  4. 60 second Wall Sit

  5. 30 seconds Split Squat Jumps


Abs: finish your workout with 45 seconds of each!

  1. Bicycle Crunches

  2. Sit Ups

  3. Leg Lifts

  4. Plank hold

  5. Russian Twist

  6. Crunches
